Where Will DeMarcus Cousins End Up?

At 26 years old Cousins is entering the prime of his career and is currently in the middle of his best season as a pro.  The only issue is he is doing it on a Kings team that is going nowhere in the west. They are currently 3 games back of the 8 seed in the west wasting Cousins’ 28.3 PPG and 10.9 RBG. It is in the best interest of both the Kings and Cousins that he be traded.

It would behoove the Knicks to upgrade defensively at the wing and allow Porzingis to become the main guy on the Knicks. How can the Knicks do this? Trade Carmelo Anthony away to a win now team in exchange for defense and youth. The difficulty here is in Anthony’s no trade clause. But as long as a trade may benefit both parties it may be possible to trade him away. With the following trades we would have to assume Melo is willing to waive the clause in order to proceed.

The past two seasons for the Milwaukee Bucks have been anything but normal.  Two years ago the Bucks surprised everyone making the playoffs ahead of schedule.  They flopped in the first half of last season but played better in the second half led by Giannis Antetokounmpo.  This team has a lot of talent and plenty of size and there will be pressure on head coach Jason Kidd to make the pieces work.  With breaking news coming in yesterday that star player Kris Middleton will be out six months with a torn hamstring, the Bucks now have to adjust their focus and work with what they have.
