1. LaVar Ball’s outlandish comments – LaVar Ball father of Lonzo, LiAngelo and LaMelo Ball who are all predicted to be make the NBA. Lonzo Ball (the oldest) is currently playing his first season at UCLA and is projected to go as high as NO. 1 in this upcoming draft.

1. Warriors struggle & rest stars – After a 102-103 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves the Warriors continue to struggle without Kevin Durant. If the lost wasn’t frustrating enough after the game Head Coach Steve Kerr announced that would bench Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, Andre Iguodala & Klay Thompson for the showdown with the San Antonio Spurs.

The NBA season is very exciting and entertaining to watch, but the NBA off-season might be just as exciting. Since LeBron James announced his decision to take his talents to South Beach in the summer of 2010, free agency has become a controversial and dramatic period for the NBA. DeAndre Jordan’s last minute decision to leave Dallas in 2015 and Kevin Durant’s decision to join the Warriors this past summer have added to the spectacle known as NBA free agency. 2017’s free agents are star-studded and headlined by a former MVP and the reigning MVP, Kevin Durant and Steph Curry. Both of them have an important decision to make this summer based upon if Golden State wins the championship or not. Don’t forget about Blake Griffin and Chris Paul’s decision in L.A. Just a few short years ago, the Miami Heat were on top of the world. They had the number one team in the NBA, and boated a rock-solid core with LeBron James, Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh to take them the distance. From 2010-2014 the Heat would make a total of 4 NBA Finals appearances, and in 2012-2013 they recorded back to back championships. Unfortunately, this was not meant to last. Just 2 short seasons later, the Heat are a shell of the team they once were and are facing the daunting task of rebuilding.
