The Chicago Bulls have been one of the most successful franchises in basketball the past 30 years.  Granted, a lot of that can be attributed to the greatest player ever, Michael Jordan, but beyond that they have always been a franchise with a distinct plan for the future.  Now maybe not so much.  The Bulls finished 42-40 last season and didn’t make the playoffs for the first time since 2008.  They got rid of Tom Thibodeau and brought in Fred Hoiberg who had some trouble working with star Jimmy Butler and integrating Derrick Rose into the offense.  Fast forward five months and the Bulls have drastically changed their team and have brought in some big time names.  The question is, will they be better than last year?
