1. Grizzlies tie the series at 2-2 with 110-108 victory in OT – In one of the better playoff games thus far the Memphis Grizzlies tie the series 2-2. Thanks to Marc Gasol 12-foot floater with 0.7 seconds left in overtime.

The point guard position is arguably the most important position in basketball. Considered to be the leader of the offense, the point guard must possess a thorough knowledge of their team’s offensive strategy. It’s also important for the point to fully understand their teammate’s strengths and weaknesses and direct the offense accordingly to maximize scoring efficiency. Point guards must have superior ball handling skills, passing foresight, and scoring ability as they will be part of every offensive play their team executes. It makes sense why NBA teams place such a high priority on selecting and developing players for this role. As John Maxwell says, everything rises and falls on leadership.
